Just two things:

First, please don't take my seeming pro-Russianness as an endorsement of all aspects of Russian foreign or domestic policy. For example, though I'm sympathetic to the Russian position regarding Georgia, I do think their policies are misguided.

Second, there is no way the Russians are going to close their naval base in the Crimea. No way. It's just isn't going to happen.

Why You Should Always Use A CSS Style Sheet

Programing with todays complex systems requires a degree of discipline that can sometimes be difficult to muster.

That's why sometimes it helps to see examples of diligent discipline. This is from our section-wide CSS style sheet:

.italic {font-style: italic;}
.underline {text-decoration: underline;}
.bold {font-weight: bold;}
.uppercase {text-transform: uppercase;}

There are of course a few other skills that could be useful for programmers, but I think they are mostly obviated by copious amounts of discipline.
